Returns:

NOTE: Information varies by manufacturer. Contact us for any specific questions. Customer is responsible for reading the return policy and agrees to it by making a purchase.

Returns or claims can only be considered within 30 days of product arrival.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival: Contact us immediately and include photos of the damages. Avoid using the product while the claim is being processed. The manufacturer will decide what the best course of action is.

Elective Returns: Items must be in original packaging and condition. Requests can be made up to 30 days from product arrival date. Return requests may denied at the disgression of the manufacturer. Original shipping charge will not be refunded (cost may be higher than original charge). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Returns on custom orders are not accepted.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Shipping times vary by supplier and product. For the most accurate shipping time, please email contact@sunlightspasupply.com with the product in question. Sunlight Spa Supply is not responsible for shipping delays. Once the order is fulfilled, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@sunlightspasupply.com. Sunlight Spa Supply ships exclusively to mainland United States. While we try to update our product shipping to reflect this, errors can sometimes occur. These orders will be cancelled and refunded the full amount, and we will reach out via email.

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@sunlightspasupply.com WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ARRIVAL and we will process a claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee (if we have processed your payment), whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns / Warranty:

Given that there are many manufactures supplying the products listed, all returns, warranty claims and exchanges are determined by the policies in place with the product manufacturer. Email contact@sunlightspasupply.com for details.

Sunlightspasupply.com is committed to excellent customer service which includes reporting any and all returns and warranty issues to manufacture on behalf of the customer. You can expect timely responses and quick resolutions to any issue that comes up due to the strong relationship in place between the manufacture and sunlightspasupply.com the retailer.

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials.

Warranty (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your manufactures warranty.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, the party responsible for shipping charges is determined by the manufacture.
